In short: we use your data only to reply to you and prepare a conversation. We do not sell it, we do not advertise with it, and at the moment we do not analyse website traffic at all.

1. Who we are
Quayline is, for now, a working name.
2. What we collect and why
We collect only what you send us and publicly available information about companies.
- The contact form on the homepage: name, company, email address and a description of the process you have in mind. We use them only to reply and to prepare the first conversation.
- Emails you send us at hello@quayline.net or liviu@quayline.net.
- For business-to-business (B2B) outreach: publicly available information about companies (company website, public registries, job ads) and role-based business email addresses published by the company. We write to companies, not to private persons. Anyone can ask us to stop; the address is then added permanently to a do-not-contact list.
3. Legal basis (GDPR art. 6)
- For the contact form: your consent and the steps you take before a possible contract.
- For B2B outreach and the do-not-contact list: our legitimate interest in presenting our services to companies that may find them useful, and in respecting requests not to be contacted.
4. Cookies and traffic analysis
We use no advertising cookies and, at the moment, no traffic analysis. The website may keep in your browser only the language you chose.
5. How long we keep data
- Contact form data: as long as needed for the conversation; deleted on request.
- If there has been no contact for 24 months, we delete them.
- Do-not-contact list: we keep only the address, permanently, so that we never write to it again.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
For any of these, write to hello@quayline.net. We reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to ANSPDCP, the Romanian data protection authority (www.dataprotection.ro), or to the authority in your country.
